Project Background
This repeat client first hired us to rebuild their front porch deck at their Spokane home. A year later, after purchasing a lake cabin in Coolin, they asked us to rebuild the deck and stair system leading to the waterfront.
Scope of Work
To keep the project affordable, we completed the work in phases. The first phase included new upper stair railings and a completely rebuilt staircase providing safe access to the beach. The following year, we rebuilt the lakeside deck using lifetime warranty PVC decking for long term durability and minimal maintenance.
The Results
The property now features a safe, functional, low maintenance outdoor living space designed for lake life. The new deck and stairs improve accessibility, safety, and long term performance while enhancing the overall enjoyment of the cabin.
