Timber Treehouse
Project Background
The homeowners contacted us to replace failing second and third story decks surrounding their custom log home. The existing structures were over twenty years old and severely rotted. After completing the deck rebuild, they asked us to design and construct a custom treehouse village to transform the lower portion of their property into a usable outdoor destination.
Scope of Work
We salvaged the original log support columns and completely reframed the deck structures with modern water mitigation systems. We installed lifetime warranty PVC decking and fascia for long term durability and low maintenance.
Below the home, we designed and built a custom treehouse village along a creek. This included a spring fed pond, a new pump house styled to resemble a rustic outhouse, a custom gazebo with a concrete patio, and a handcrafted treehouse complete with a suspension bridge and zipline over the pond.
The Results
The property now features safe, long lasting multi level decks and a unique outdoor retreat. The treehouse village serves as a space for family gatherings, children’s adventures, entertaining, and local wildlife habitat. The homeowners gained both functional living space and a one of a kind outdoor experience built to last.
