Project Background
This referred client reached out with a severely deteriorated deck that was rotting and pulling away from the house. The structure was unsafe and needed a complete rebuild.
Scope of Work
The goal was to create a larger, efficient outdoor living space designed for comfort, entertaining, and relaxation. We redesigned the layout to maximize usable square footage and added built in perimeter seating for gatherings. A shade sail pergola provides sun protection, while concealed structural reinforcement was installed to safely support a future hot tub. All materials were selected for durability and low maintenance while staying within budget.
The Results
The finished space is a functional, comfortable backyard retreat built for everyday use and entertaining. The new deck is safe, spacious, and designed to last, giving the homeowners a low maintenance outdoor oasis they can enjoy for years.
